What happens next

1. Acknowledgement (one business day)

We confirm receipt and run a conflicts check against the names you provide. If a conflict exists, we will tell you and, where appropriate, suggest alternatives.

2. Preliminary call (30 min, no charge)

We arrange a short call to clarify scope, jurisdiction, and the most appropriate procedural starting point. No advice is given at this stage; the call is strictly orientation.

3. Written engagement proposal

If both sides see a fit, you receive a written engagement proposal, scope, fee structure, capped phase budgets, and the strategy outline. Mandate begins only after you countersign.

4. Confidentiality before engagement

Pre-engagement communications are treated as privileged. We do not share enquiry details with third parties without your consent.
